Privacy Policy — GPSR & Omnibus Compliance

This app is an informational compliance tool, not legal advice.

What the app accesses

With your permission (scope write_products), the app reads your products, variants and prices through the Shopify Admin API to evaluate GPSR compliance and to track price history for the Omnibus “lowest price in the last 30 days” calculation.

What we store

• Your shop domain, timezone, currency and plan.
• The manufacturer, EU responsible person and warning profiles you create.
• Per-product GPSR compliance flags and per-variant price-history events.

We store no customer personal data — no names, emails, addresses or order information of your shoppers.

The records we keep on our server are backed up daily.

Data written into your store

GPSR and Omnibus values are written as metafields (namespaces gpsr and omnibus) in your own store. These are merchant-owned and remain in your store after you uninstall.

GDPR / data requests

We honour Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks. Because we hold no customer data, customer data-request and redact requests are acknowledged with nothing to return. A shop-redact request deletes all rows we hold for your shop. On uninstall the shop is marked inactive and its stored data is purged within 30 days.

Third parties

The app depends only on Shopify and our own server. No third-party analytics, tracking or data services.
